Net + Set Skills Sessions
Norths Netball club is proud to be a registered Woolworths NetSetGO Centre.
NetSetGO is netball’s official starter program for kids aged 5 to 10. A chance to learn the netty basics, Woolworths NetSetGO helps kids gain confidence, get active and make friends in a safe and inclusive environment.
The program is divided up into three tiers: Net, Set and GO. Where you begin depends on your age and netball experience, but there's no skill level required to get started.
GO Competition
Norths Netball Club is a qualified provider of the Net & Set Skills program.
We combine the Net & Set Tiers into weekly sessions for all abilities. Our coaches will tailor the sessions to suit the level of player. We provide a structured program for participants aged 5-7 to learn the basics before stepping on the netball court.
Skills & drills are delivered in a fun energetic way with modified games introduced later in the term.
Our sessions are held at Bulli High School on a Friday during school terms from 3.30pm - 4.30pm.
Registrations for Net Set Skills will open Jan 4
Our GO participants will join a team of 9 players and enter the Illawarra Netball Association Competition to play modified games on a Saturday morning.
Games are played at either 8am or 9.15am at Berkeley and Fairy Meadow netball courts.
Players are required to purchase a uniform.
Teams will also have a training day during the week.
Registrations for the winter 2024 competition will open Jan 4th, 2024.
